    We are seeking a seasoned andresultsdriven Senior Project Manager with experience in managingboth infrastructure and housing projects. The successful candidatewill play a key leadership role overseeing the entire projectlifecycle ensuring successful delivery and exceeding clientexpectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning andinitiation of complex infrastructure projects defining objectivesscope and deliverables.
    • Develop comprehensiveproject plans encompassing timelines resource allocation and budgetrequirements.
    • Build and lead a highperformingproject team fostering collaboration innovation and accountability.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammembers to ensure project success.
    • Serve asthe primary point of contact for clients maintaining strongrelationships and understanding their needs.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by deliveringprojects that meet or exceed expectations.
    • Manage project budgets track expenditures andensuring financial goals are met.
    • Efficientlyallocate resources to optimize team productivity and projectoutcomes.
    • Implement robust quality controlmeasures to meet or exceed industry standards in bothinfrastructure and housing projects.
    • Conductregular inspections and audits to uphold project quality.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks thatcould impact the successful delivery of projects.
    • Proactively address challenges to preventproject delays or budget overruns.
    • Overseeproject timelines ensuring milestones are achieved according to theproject plan.
    • Implement effective schedulingand resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant buildingcodes regulations and legal requirements.
    • Workclosely with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits andapprovals.
    • Provide regular and transparentproject updates to stakeholders including progress reports andfinancial summaries.
    • Maintain meticulousproject documentation including contracts permits and technicalspecifications.

    MinimumRequirements:

    • Bachelors orMasters degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or arelated field.
    • Minimum of 15 years ofexperience in project management with a focus on infrastructureprojects.
    • Proven experience deliveringprojects on time and within budget.
    • Strongleadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellentcommunication and negotiation abilities.
    • Professional certification in ProjectManagement (PMP or equivalent).
    • Familiaritywith sustainable and green building practices.
    • Knowledge of construction software and projectmanagement tools.
