- Lead the Fuel Receiving Marine Package through conceptual design, FEED, tendering and EPC award.Potentially lead downstream execution phase work as agreed with our client.
- Assure the quality of technical outputs through the engagement of the wider Jacobs marine, structures, environmental, and energy teams, including close collaboration with our regional and global Technical Leaders.
- Achieve compliance with scope, technical and operational requirements defined for the Marine Fuels Receiving Facilities as defined by project objectives and Jacobs' contract.
- Achieve on-time, on-budget completion of the Fuel Receiving Marine Package.Support on-time delivery for adjacent and downstream packages.
- Enhance (or not detract from) existing relationships with the local community.
- Absolute focus on zero harm to all project participants.
- Develop and implement a set of priorities and goals to underpin the success of the technical practice through harnessing the benefits of diversity and inclusion by providing visible inclusive leadership, effective succession planning, exploring recruitment and retention strategies and providing mentoring/sponsorship to staff.
- Shape the direction of the project deliverables and outcomes based on future-focused insights and thought leadership and Jacobs' focus areas.
- Provide technical leadership and actively participate in Client engagement and business development opportunities in pursuit of future work for the business.
- Identify, manage and mitigate the technical risk exposure to the business by ensuring adequate controls are identified and applied to technical risks in Project Delivery.
- Collaborate with and support the Technical Director cohort to bring the best of Jacobs to bear on every opportunity and project undertaken across the business.
- Collaborate with our global Technical Directors to exceed client expectations and deliver innovative solutions that challenges the power solutions we provide today and reinvents the solutions we provide tomorrow.

The role of the Fuel Receiving Marine Package Lead is an essential component of a Jacobs' delivery of the thermal power program for NEOM, and a key part of positioning Jacobs at the forefront of LNG and future fuel supply, storage, and transmission technologies to meet the requirements of energy transition activities within the wider region.
Key attributes for the successful candidate will be a deep understanding of the key enablers of fuel receiving systems within existing and future market technologies, the existing market constraints, challenges and opportunities, and the path to success for gas and liquid fuel supply projects through the use of effective cross sector collaboration and innovative solutions.A fundamental broad knowledge of LNG fuel supply systems and associated marine infrastructure, including specialization in a specific technology aspect of the end-to-end process from fuel receiving, storage, gasification, and transmission to power generating assets.
The successful candidate will also be able to work collaboratively with our existing energy and power teams to provide client focus and support, innovative solutions to clients most challenging problems, connect and nurture our technical resources and evolve a hydrogen\alternative energy technical practice that is future ready and aligned with our regional growth strategy.
