    Summary:

    Perform repairs and maintenance on all facilitiesequipment including HVAC, tower, chiller, A/C units In cases wherethe work required is beyond the technician s capability,contacting, coordinating, and scheduling of 3rd party contractorsis Conduct routine maintenance and regular check-ups to ensure thateverything is always working Maintain all relative documentationfor repairs and/or maintenance as we are an ISO certified companyand will be audited from time to time by ISO certification bodiesand/or Required to establish and comply with scheduled maintenanceactivities in collaboration with the planning department in IQMS,our ERP system of Ensure that the facility's occupational safetyand health standards are met, and the employees follow safety

    Duties andResponsibilities

    • Manageall contract work including snow removal, mowing, asphalt work, and
    • Prepare bids for services, maintain coolingtowers, chillers, waste-water systems, and hazardous waste

    Perform general buildingmaintenance duties including basic plumbing and electrical repairs,patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacementwork as

    • Perform preventivemaintenance in conjunction with all building maintenance and/orcleanliness related
    • Maintain responsibilityfor all facility maintenance including HVAC equipment, plumbing,clean room HVAC, and minor electrical
    • Purchasesupplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projectsand inventory in
    • Move and/or lift items suchas ladders, tools, cable, test equipment and other objects weighingup to 50
    • Prepare and equip facility for OSHAand/or ISO

    Respond to emergencycall-ins (on scheduled days) during storms or natural disastersthat require grounds to be cleared of debris, snow, or

    Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities

    Helps to maintains adequate custodial supply
