    JOBCONTENT

    Coordinatearrange and implement sales initiatives while supporting the LineManager in attaining the sales strategy and goals aligned with theorganizations overarching mission vision and enduring businessobjectives. Take charge of managing existing client accountsincluding identifying new revenue streams while prioritizingexceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.Additionally contribute to business development efforts aimed atfostering growth and success.

    FUNCTIONALRESPONSIBILITIES

    Assists the LineManager in the implementation of the overall sales strategy forrigid plastics for the region with the focus on achieving maximumsalesgrowth.

    Meets assignedtargets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives inassignedaccounts.

    Contributetowards preparation of annual quarterly and monthly sales forecastto enable effective forwardplanning.

    Provide inputsto planning and budgetary processes for the department to assistsenior management to construct annual business plan andbudgets.

    Coordinate withthe Line Manager to plan and execute sales activities for bothgeneric customers including walkins and corporate customers andensure sales targets aremet.

    Respondefficiently to all incoming sales enquiries from existing clientspresent product samples and prepare a business case solution oncustomer requirements by conducting design feasibility in liaisonwith the designteam.

    Inconsultation with Line Manager and production team prepare costestimates and manage & track quotations with regularfollowup with theclients.

    Build rapportand relationship with the clients with the support of the designteam provide technical consultancy to the client and assist them intheirqueries.

    Acts as the keyinterface between our customers and all relevant internal divisionsin order to meet account performance objectives and customerexpectations.

    Negotiate andclose sales with the clients for orderconversion.

    Followup withthe client for receipt of Purchaseorders.

    Ensure theconfirmed orders received from the clients are processed on thecompany ERPsystem.

    Proactivelyassesses clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoingbasis. Leads solution development efforts that best addresscustomerneeds

    Conduct aftersales visit to the clients by providing impeccable customer serviceand handle any concerns/issues raised with the respectivedepartments (Quality Production Supply Chain) to ensure all thecomplaints are addressed efficiently and resolutions communicatedeffectively to theclients.

    Maintain ongoingrelationship with the clients by providing support information andguidance in researching and recommending new opportunitiesrecommend product enhance/improvements and offer value addedservices.

    Following up onprevious customers and make offer for the quotation for maintenanceof mould by verifying the scope of work.

    Maintainaccurate sales records and prepare weekly & monthly salesreports outlining the activities of both generic customersincluding walkins and corporatecustomers.

    Monitor feedbackfrom customers to measure satisfaction levels with company productsandservices.

    Ensure thesatisfaction of customers by monitoring service level agreements(SLA s) customer complaints inquiries and any other relatedcustomer issues and provide valid inputs on client activities andcomplaints for CRMdatabase.

    Ensure all salesprocesses and activities meet and match the company ISO andmanagementprocedures.

    Participate inthe monthly crossfunctional meetings and provide valuableinformation on the customer requirements provide inputs on productimprovements or new product development by remaining current onindustry trends market activities andcompetitors.

    RepresentsCompany at trade association meetings and events to promotePrecisionproducts.

    Ensurecompliance to Safety Quality Food Safety and Environmentrequirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System withstrict adherence to ISO and local regulatoryauthority.

    Ensure that allrecords and documents are up to date true & correct andhave full traceability at all times and that all processesprocedures & activities meet and match those laid downunder company ISO and managementprocedures.

    Bringconsultative approach to sales by using knowledge of product trendsand opportunities to develop manufacturing strategies tailored tomeet customerneeds.

    Maintainsprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educational andtechnicalworkshops.



    Requirements

    EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE FUNCTIONAL SKILLS ANDKNOWLEDGE

    Education/Qualifications

    Bachelors Degreein Engineering Business Marketing or a relatedfield

    MBApreferred

    Experience

    Aminimum of 8 years hands on experience in providing sales solutionspreferably in plastic manufacturing/packagingindustry.

    FunctionalSkills & SpecificKnowledge

    Strongnegotiation and communicationskills.

    FinancialAcumen

    Ability toexplore business opportunities & close thedeals.
