- Study BOM, Drawing and specification to prepare inspection plan.
- Perform visual, dimensional, GD & T inspection and testing as per defined inspection plan.
- Identify and control any non-conformance product.
- Identify inspection and test status at various stages of inspection function.
- Prepare and review inspection and test report.
- Understand the NDT requirements for MPI, LPI, UT and RT
- Coordinate and monitor the NDT activities by the supplier.
- Prepare inspection rejection and NCR report.
- Perform receiving, In-process and final inspections as per quality plan.
- Verify and witness ongoing processes & testing to ensure the compliance to specifications.
- Prepare and compile all inspection task reports as per requirements.
- TMDE Monitor and Control.
- Any other duties that are assigned by Quality Engineer as and when it is required.

Qualifications
Diploma in mechanical engineering or Degree with 5 years' experience, NDE Level-II in VT, MT, PT and UT, working experience and knowledge of ISO , API Q1 or Q2 along with any two API-6A, API-16A, API-16C, API-5CT,API-7-1 specifications.
Must have hands on experience of various measuring and testing tools for dimensional inspection, GD & T knowledge, API Q1/Q2 and NDE-PT, MT.
