    Corporate Sales Riyadh - Talent Pal

    To promote and sell Bupa Arabiasproducts through direct and intermediaries channels with emphasison small and medium clients and to fulfil the clients journey fromprospecting till client receiving the cards and activate allservices within internal and external rules andregulations.

    • Sales Function
      • Promote Bupa Arabia product to achieve set and agreedpersonal and team target
      • Establish build andmaintain the relationship with clients
      • Understand the PMI (Private Medical Insurance) marketdynamics and competition trends and present the yearly planaccordingly
      • Balance won book betweencompetitors
      • Balance book mix between directbusiness and brokers business within company direction
      • Balance book distribution per month/Quarter and perbusiness contribution and product Mix to maintain a healthy lowrisk profile
      • Understand regulators policiesand regulations and regularly follow up the updates to comply withindustry requirements (Pass IFCE/ The Insurance FoundationCertificate exam conducted by SAMA/Saudi Arabian MonetaryAgency)
      • Assist Relationship team members inclient renewals
    • SalesForecasting
      • Maintain healthy proper balancedsales pipeline
      • Generate leads from allinternal and external sources
      • Present monthlyreports and yearly plan reflecting the funnel analysis and salesexpectations
      • Ensure best coverage for anysales opportunity
      • Explore new sales areas andways to achieve target
      • Maintain monthlywinloss activity report
    • Sales Administration
      • Prepare explain and collect signed contracts from the newclients
      • Fulfill the whole process on thesystem ( CRM) from Opportunity creation till invoice generation onCaesar
      • Prepare and collect signed KYC ( Knowyour customer) form thats required by SAMA ( Saudi Arabian MonetaryAgency)
      • Introduce new clients to Bupa Onlineservices and collect the signed WebAgreement or introduce themembership convenient channel
      • Collect Firstpayment and educate clients about Bupa credit controlpolicy
      • Gather full sponsors documentation asper the CCHI(Council of Cooperative Health Insurance) and provideit to concerned department
      • Ensures dailyupdate on Bupa Arabia management system Sage CRMfor allactivities
    • BuildingClient Relationship
      • Coordinate with allinvolved operational department to ensure smooth launch for newpolicies
      • Conduct product and servicepresentation to new clients
      • Resposible tosolve clients issues resulting from any function in theorganization
      • To remain accessible for clients24/7 for 365 days even during vacations to help clients
      • Ensure client satisfaction by providing the best servicesdemonstrating Bupas values and resolve complaint in timelymanner
      • Lead the Handover process with theRelationship team as per the company Handover policy
    • Skills:
      • Minimum Bachelor Degree
      • Sales andNegotiation courses
      • Must be fluent in spokenand written English and Arabic
      • Must have goodselfmanagement motivational negotiation communication andpresentation skills
