Duties /Responsibilities:
HSE:
Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevantStatutory and Company HSE
Demonstratepersonal commitment to the HSE
Activelyparticipate in Company safety awareness and initiative
Openlyquestion established practices and achieve continuous quality andcost optimizationimprovements
Create an environment in which a focus on value awareness isdeveloped and constantly think in terms of cost/benefit
Identifyand adopt creative and alternative approaches to problem-solvingand encourage others to do the
Activelyparticipate in the weekly HSE meetings, and where applicable,attend JSA s / safety meetings, PTPs, drills, Daily Tool Box Talks,etc
AssistLifting department in ensuring that all containers, baskets,lifting gear on supplies coming are in a safe condition,compliance, and with valid certification as per the relevantsections inCMS
EnsureDG are matching IMDG requirement for backload and report anydiscrepancies
OperationsManagement:
Ensure all hotels (safe haven & self isolation) booking aredone and projection for both MP/CTR are communicated tohotel
Develop follow up tool to control hotel management check-in andcheck-out
Raise TRFs and ensure follow up until offshoremob
Dawinciplayer to support all chopper movement withCTR/MP
Maintain MP offshore rotation plan as per offshore CSR requests andliaise with Onshore Personnel Log for changes followup
Maintainoverview of EPCIC4 and DBNPP CTR s Plan for day to day cargooperations: MR request, vendor delivery, loading and offloading ofcargo and vesselmovements
Inbound & Outbound Materials: Verify ALL cargoes aremanifested as well as returned
ControlMaterial Reception Report and check if conform with MR and outboundmanifest
Communicate with offshore MPT about Material Reception and issue NCreports orOSD
Ensurethat final transport to the dedicated installation site is arrangedand done
Daily communication with Onshore Log Supervisor, CTR LogCoordinator (onshore position) and CTR Material Coordinator(located on JUB) ifapplicable
Participate in the change of planning of logistics operationsaccording to urgencies and non-planned events on site whileensuring coordination with otherentities
Coordinate with Platform teams to manage the scheduling of vesselsalongside theinstallations
Finalize Daily and Weekly reportactivities
Check interfieldtransfer
Reporting:
Daily LogisticsMovements
Weekly rotational plan for eachproject
Weekly activities report toOOE
Requirements
Qualifications& ExperienceRequired:
Logistics operations with Minimum 5 years experience in Logisticsfor Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects andConstruction)
Operational Position, need to be constantly on the Field, Decisionmaking,urgencies
Good knowledge of Logistics means involved in the Oil and Gasactivity (Marine Vessels, Lifting Handling Equipment) andInternational standards linked to Lifting Handling, MarineTransportation andHSE
Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication skills with numerousentities, flexible and firm in terms of Respect of HSErules
English
