Nous recherchons un collaborateur qui pourra accompagner les clients dans le parcours de commande :

Connexion au services
Facturation et suivi commande
Gestions des r clamations

Les enjeux de ce poste sont La relation client et la satisfaction client
ce qui comprend la vente de service, la r solutions de probl mes, et laccompagnagment.

Profil

Vous poss dez un niveau BAC+2/3
Vous une exp rience commercial, ou en Administration des ventes, service client distance ou mixte (distance et pr sentiel )
Vous avez au moins 6 mois dexp rience (alternances et stages pris en compte)
Vous poss dez un bon niveau d anglais Professionnel
Vous savez g rer les probl matiques client, Vous savez vendre un service additionnel .
Ainsi quaccompagner le client dans lutilisation du service distance.
Vos moyens de communications pr f rer sont le t l phone, le mail, et les r seaux sociaux.
Vous aimez les challenges et mesurer votre progression en termes dindicateur de performances

Points incontournables

Un niveau danglais courant indispensable (niveau C1 minimum). Le poste est 70% en anglais ( crit et oral)
Premi re exp rience en relation client (de pr f rence par t l phone). Stage et alternance compris. Minimum 6 mois dexp rience
Bonne locution et pr sentation (service premium)
Un niveau de fran ais impeccable est imp ratif ( crit & oral)
Avoir le souci du d tail et de la qualit de service
tre l aise avec les outils informatiques (bureautique- Email- Internet...) et avoir des comp tences administratives
