JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to join our team.
As the HSSE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices, and to create a safe and secure working environment for our employees.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure safety and security measures are in place. Lead incident and accident investigations, and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions. Provide HSSE training to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety and security awareness. Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends and developments, and proactively identify emerging HSSE issues and concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in HSSE management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry ideally have international experience but the majority of work experience in the GCC.
Knowledge of HSSE regulations and industry best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Desired Candidate Profile
