    About Our Client:

    OSOS is a leading provider of cuttingedge ERPand Software Business Applications empowering businesses tooptimize their operations and achieve sustainable growth. They areseeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales & ChannelManager to drive sales and channel partnerships in Saudi Arabia andBahrain.

    What you will do:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans toachieve revenue targets and penetrate key markets in Saudi Arabiaand Bahrain.
    • Build and manage a network ofchannel partners resellers and distributors to extend market reachand drive sales in the region.
    • Lead andmotivate a team of sales professionals providing guidance coachingand support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith key clients understanding their business needs and deliveringtailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis andcompetitor research to identify opportunities for growth and stayahead of industry trends.
    • Manage the salespipeline effectively from lead generation to closure ensuringaccurate forecasting and timely followup on opportunities.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding marketing presales and product development to driveproduct enhancements customer success and market expansioninitiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze salesperformance metrics providing regular reports and insights tosenior management.

    What they doexpect from you:

    • Bachelors degreein Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field. MBApreferred.
    • Proven track record of success insales channel management and team leadership preferably in theIT/software industry.
    • Strong understandingof ERP systems and Software Business Applications.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentationskills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and drive results independently.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a plus.
    • Experience working in Saudi Arabia andBahrain markets is mandatory.
    • Valid driverslicense and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
