    WHATS THE ROLE

    • Consultingand communication
    • Sales consulting andcustomer service at the Hilti store
    • Promotingsales strategies
    • Knowledge of Hilti products
    • Presentation of products within the HiltiStore
    • Cooperation in sales events
    • Assistance to the customer in handling complaints ZPZ
    • Receipt and issuance of a service orders
    • Communication and cooperation with AM ASM CSmarketing department
    • Cooperation in thetransmission of information to the headquarters
    • Compliance with OSH rules
    • Businesscase processing invoicing work with goods
    • Cooperation in warehouse management
    • Cooperation with the logistics department when orderinggoods
    • Active support to achieve defined salestargets (turnover RW longterm unsold goods depreciation)
    • Cash receipt

    WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE

    The purposeof the role is to promote the Hilti image sell Hilti products andservices consult with customers and prospects in a Hilti Store. Therole involves managing inventory sales records administrativefunctions order information maintaining the customer database anddealing directly with walkin customers and local team members on adaily basis. The job holder needs to ensure total customersatisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand throughsuccessful operation and sales.
    Scope: Anchor job inHilti Store structure manages inventory and sales records;crosssells upsells.

    • Presentable & tactful.
