    Kimpton RiyadhSaudi Arabia New Hotel Opening

    Wereseeking an outstanding leader to oversee the preopening and openingphases of our first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East launching inRiyadh in Q This milestone project is a cornerstone of ourLuxury and Lifestyle portfolio featuring 208 rooms 4 F&Boutlets and 3 meeting rooms strategically located in Riyadhsvibrant King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). As the firstLuxury and Lifestyle establishment in the IMEA region this venturesignifies our commitment to excellence and innovation aligning withSaudi Arabias Vision 2030. Joining us as the General Manager offersa unique chance to pioneer luxury lifestyle experiences in thisdynamic city while contributing to the transformative vision ofKSAs future economy.

    Were in search of aseasoned Luxury Lifestyle Hotel General Manager with a proven trackrecord of successfully opening and leading luxury hotelsautonomously. Your background in cuttingedge Food &Beverage operations will be pivotal in enhancing guest experiences.Taking full charge of hotel operations maximising financialperformance nurturing talent and fostering a culture of exceptionalservice will be your primary responsibilities.

    You will need proven expertise in how you deliver a true luxury andlifestyle guest experience alongside knowing how to position thebrand in the market. You will drive and seek out opportunities toimprove commercial performance and owner returns.

    You will be a natural people leader able tobuild trusting relationships that encourages and motivates yourworkforce. You will develop a culture of innovation within yourteam and be commercially focussed with a futuristicvision.

    A littletaste of your daytoday:

    • Leading the preopening activities ofthe hotel in the run up to the official opening of thehotel.
    • Lead and develop a business plan todrive owner returns.
    • Recruiting leadingmanaging and motivating a strong team upskilling recruitingmeasuring and managing performance.
    • Reviews andimplements strategic initiatives to drive commercial performanceacross the Hotel and itsfacilities.
    • Prioritises relationships withguests and external contacts such as current and potential clientsgovernment officials travel industry representatives suppliers andlocalcommunities.

    Whatwed like fromyou:

    • Substantial luxurylifestyle hotel experience as a General Manager ideally in cityenvironments
    • Preopening experience isessential
    • Genuine team development guest andowner focus
    • Strong owner relationshipmanagement
    • Background in Food &Beverage would be desirable
    • Experience of GCCmarket is highly advantageous
