    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    The ProjectEngineer (Cluster) will be responsible for the followingtasks:

    • Develop a detailed project planthat includes timelines budgets resources and riskassessments.
    • Provide technical support andguidance to the project teammembers.
    • Coordinate with various teamsincluding design manufacturing construction and maintenance teamsto ensure project goals are met.
    • Ensure theprojects adhere to quality standards andregulations.
    • Maintain accurate projectdocumentation including progress reports technical specificationsand change orders.
    • Maintain effectivecommunication with stakeholders including clients contractors andvendors.
    • Identify and resolve technical issuesand problems that arise during theproject.
    • Responsible for project functionsmonitoring including but not limited to Project Management SiteManagement Project Control Management Engineering ManagementProcurement Construction Management etc. are all coordinated andproperly staffed to meet the project(s)goals.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reportingstandards are maintained throughout theproject(s).
    • Coordinate and communicate withprojects group as needed on major projects in theRegion.
    • Coordinate with regional and sitemanagement on status significant trends and changes of approvedprojects.
    • Monitor engineering progress againstbudget and forecasted schedule.
    • Preparing theengineering budget project schedules and project controlbudgets.
    • Maintain effective and ongoingcommunications with construction and contractor management teams.Coordinating engineering activities with otherdepartments.
    • Monitoring construction progressand providing technical assistance.
    • Providingtechnical advice and support to otherdepartments.
    • Informs themselves of the relevantQuality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health PoliciesManuals and Procedures in place within Hill International andensures continued compliance with these requirements while employedby Hill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned bythe linemanager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • BachelorsDegree in Engineering from an accreditedUniversity.
    • Minimum 10 years experience inlargescale infrastructure or city developmentprojects.
    • Experience with major governmentand/or semigovernment programs and projectimplementations.
    • Extensive Experience in theproject management of water and wastewaterworks.
    • Knowledge of professional projectmanagement processes and procedures.
    • Experiencein implementing a zeroaccident philosophy.
    • Arecord of engagement with government entities/utilityproviders.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Experience workinginternationally.
