    On behalf of our client we arelooking for a SalesRepresentative

    JobSummary: Obtain the best point of sale volumes andplacements managing and organizing the assigned territories andclients in order to reach the defined sales targets. Ensure theintegration with all headquarter business initiatives andfunctions.

    Jobresponsibilities:
    • Reports tradefield activities performance and the proper accomplishment of salesconditions agreements and retail pricestrends
    • Collects data and communicatesinternally specific field relevant data as Point of Sales (POS)trends and competitors feature on e.g. Prices promotionsdisplay
    • Monitors performance through PerfectStore Audits
    • Sets and monitors Point Of SalesQuality KPI targets with special focus to: promotions and actionplans secondary placements
    • Ferrero FridgeProject Planogram Implementation
    • Sets andmonitors Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with specialfocus to: freshness control stock management competition pricereporting (in Perfect Store Only)
    • Builds andmaintains constructive relationships with customer counterparts inthe field
    • Communicates all activities agreed onhead office level to stores to achieve implementation andcompliance
    • Reports and communicates storeactivity evolution to Head of Field and RegionalManager
    • Ensures the achievement of the salestargets for the assigned territory
    • Follows theset routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales(POS)
    • Provides required service level in theassigned Point of Sales (POS)
    • ImplementsFerrero Building Blocks in the managed Area (DistributionVisibility Freshness Stock Levels etc.)
    • Takesorders in appropriate quantity and assortment necessary fortargeted visibility and ensures stock by SKU in the Point of Salesengage client with improvement proposal ensure FIFO principle inthe Point of Sales (POS) to match freshnessrequirements
    • Ensures FIFO principle in thePoint of Sales (POS) to matchfreshness
    Requirements:
    • Generalsecondary or degree Bachelors
    • Availability of adriving license
    • Professional drivingexperience
