    Requirements

    SpecificProjectRequirements:

    TheSQA Analyst will work as part of an Agile Delivery Squad (approx.7-10 people) to develop automation frameworks and develop automatedtest scripts supporting the testing effort of the company s CreditInsurance platform (CIS) which is in the process of being migratedfrom an on prem environment to a cloud Platform. In addition to thetechnical test development skills, the SQA Analyst must be able toquickly understand the business and system requirements in additionto the Product Roadmap with the intention of converting regressiontest scripts into automated testcases

    • Experiencein developing automation frameworks based on Java andSelenium.

    • Abilityto demonstrate solid understanding of Agile practices, tools, andmethodologies

    • Strongknowledge of Selenium WebDriver automation for feature-rich webinterface.
    • Experienceworking with continuous integration using Maven andTestNG
    • Experienceworking in team setting developing testautomation
    • Broadtesting knowledge and practical experience of all phases of atesting lifecycle, industry standards, tools andtechniques
    • Ableto review and understand complex requirements and design documentsand translate into structured test casedesign
    • Strongexperience in documenting test cases, test scenarios and associatedtestdata;
    • Executemanual test cases according to test strategy/plan and projectschedule
    • Ongoinginteraction with business analyst team to acquire clarification ofbusiness requirements of new and/or existingfunctionality
    • Assistdevelopers in recreatingissues/defects
    • Excellentcommunication skills, both oral and written.
    • Abilityto communicate with external and internal business and technicalaudiences and follow escalation plans to resolve issues in a timelymanner
    • Apassion for testing excellence, solid problem-solving skills,strong work ethic and attention to detail isimperative
    • Experienceadapting to change quickly, multi-tasking and working under tightdeadlines;
    • Strongpro-active investigative and analyticalskills
    • Experienceusing defect tracking and test case management tools to reporttesting outcomes and to assist in measuring quality offunctionality/system
    • Abilityto report progress using approved status reporting mechanisms,templates on a predeterminedfrequency
    Assets:
    • Experiencedeveloping and/or supporting Robotics Process Automation(RPA)
    • Broadknowledge of Cloud Technologies especially building automated testcases on a cloudplatform
    • Broadknowledge of CyberSecurityprinciples
    • Bilingualism(English &French)
    • Experiencewith Finance (Commercial Lending &Insurance)
    • Workingexperience with JSoup, PDFBOX, EWS-java-api is anasset
    • Workingexperience with Team Foundation Server is anasset
    • Experienceexecuting performance tests as well as analyzing applicablemetrics


    Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team isseeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor tosupport Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, andevaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The ChangeAdvisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption andusage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of changeincluding changes to business processes, systems and technology,job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibilitywill be creating and implementing change management strategies andplans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizeresistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams andleaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization andgreater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in theorganization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROIand the achievement of results and outcomes. Skills: Top SkillsRequired: Demonstrate specialized depth and/or breadth of expertisein change management consultancy. Excellent facilitation skillswith ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability toquickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture.Excellent communication skills. Other Skills Required: Excellentproject management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets:Minimum 7 years experience in employee and/or organizationaleffectiveness or change management. Advanced knowledge oforganizational effectiveness or change management principles andpractices. Change management certification or designation. Strongunderstanding of Financial institutions and/or previous experienceproviding change management support for financialinstitutions
