    MainPurpose :

    Asa Collections Specialist you will be responsible for managing andensuring the timely collection of outstanding accounts receivables.This role involves issuing customer invoices maintaining accuraterecords of financial transactions and conducting followups onoverdue accounts to optimize our company s cash flow and financialhealth.

    Responsibilities:
    • Issueaccurate and timely invoices to customers based on serviceagreements.
    • Monitorcustomer account details for nonpayments delayed payments and otherirregularities.
    • Followup on collect and allocate payments while maintaining detailed andaccuraterecords.
    • Resolvebilling and customer credit issues in collaboration with thecustomer service and salesdepartments.
    • Engagewith customers to clarify any discrepancies and negotiate paymenarrangements ifnecessary.
    • Prepareaging reports and track the status of accounts andbalances.
    • Meetdefined department goals and activitymetrics.
    • Maintaina comprehensive ledger by updating account status records andcollectionefforts.
    • Reportto management on collection activities and accountstatus.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
    • Minimumof 2 years of experience in collections accounts receivable or asimilar role preferably in a B2B SaaSenvironment.
    • Strongunderstanding of billing and financialconcepts.
    • Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability tonegotiate and resolve conflictseffectively.
    • Highlevel of accuracy efficiency andaccountability.
    • Proficientin MS Office and familiarity with accountingsoftware.
    • Demonstratedability to work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Proactiveand organized approach to problemsolving and timemanagement.
    • Experiencewith CRM and ERPsystems.
    • Familiaritywith SaaS business models and their financialdynamics.
