    Construction Manager - Earthwork & Dewatering -(MID00030U) Your Impact:

    NEOM-the Line programme will grow and evolve and become the largest capital project worldwide. The Programme aims to challenge the "status-quo" with the intention of delivering a real meaningful change such that NEOM is referenced as world class and world leader is numerous areas. NEOM - the Line is a combination of multi-modules with each module representing a complex multi-discipline element of the overall Programme with both standard, unique, and bespoke scope aspects.

    About the Opportunity – Construction Manager - Earthwork & Dewatering

    Based at NEOM Site, the Construction Manager will oversee construction activities in the provision of all on-site field construction management activities associated with the completion of assigned construction packages. Further responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance of construction supervision teams to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of various works packages and manage the interfaces between these.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager / Head of Construction in the daily management of construction projects monitoring and reporting progress, budget; and risks and assist in the development of options to resolve any deviations from the programme and/or contract amount.
  • Ensure all Contractor Health and Safety / Environmental / Security Plans are in place, approved in accordance with the contract requirements and continuously and diligently implemented on site.
  • Ensure permits and construction documentation are in place for all work activities
  • Monitor the services of contractors, subcontractors. Ensure major construction equipment required by each project is identified and planned to be mobilised at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with Construction Managers, Site Engineers / Quality Specialists for assignments to construction supervision for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress and quality and recommending corrective action as necessary.
    • Here's What You'll Need:
  • 20+ years experience
  • Experience in major earthworks & dewatering projects
  • Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.
  • Degree educated
