    We have a current opportunity for a Street Addressing and Geo-naming Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Riyadh. For further information about this position please apply.

    Street Addressing and Geo-naming Manager will manage all aspects of Geo-naming and Addressing Program (GAP) Standards and ensure that they are being implemented and coordinated in an efficient matter according to GAP strategies, schedules, budgets, policies and business processes.


    • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA s) with critical stakeholders (e.g. police, civil protection, etc.).
    • Monitor the creation and implementation of street naming and addressing approach as an aspect of developing addressing systems, including devising an efficient method for naming streets and assigning addresses to buildings and lots.
    • Coordinate communications with the municipalities, and other entities, on GAP issue.
    • Manage department and GAP strategies, schedules, budgets, policies and business processes.
    • Ensure updating and maintaining the addressing system to guarantee that it accurately reflects developments, changes in layouts and corrections to existing data.
    • Develop and enforce policies and guidelines related to street addressing and naming. This involves ensuring compliance with laws, regulations well as establishing standards for new developments.
    • Work closely with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professionals to help in the representation of addressing data in maps and spatial databases.
    • Oversee the responses on public queries regarding street names and addressing assignments while also educating them about the addressing system.
    • Ensure documentation of all address related activities, modifications and enhancements, compiling reports.
