    Job brief

    We are lookingfor a Benefits Representative with excellent communication andleadership abilities to lead sales team members, develop salesprograms, and set and meetgoals.

    Responsibilities

    • Hirenew sales officers for the sales team and train all sales teammembers.
    • Collaborate with the marketingdepartment and upper management to ensure consistency in thedelivery of sales pitches to clients.
    • Attaingrowth and hit sales KPIs for the company everymonth.
    • Develop and promote powerful and seminalrelations with customers by partnering with them by understandingtheir wants and needs.
    • Produce and executestrategic business plans that imbue the companys client base andascertain its strong presence.
    • Identifyemerging markets as well as shifts in the market while being fullyup to date on emerging products and the status ofcompetitors.
    • Present reports on sales,expenses, and revenue including forecasts tomanagement.
    • Accept feedback from clients andattempt to improve sales performance and procedures fromthat.
    • Compose and manage budgets for salesofficers in regards to travel and other presentation-related coststo clients.
    • Assist sales employees ingenerating leads and closing new agreements on theground.
    • Create and implement new salesinitiatives, methods, and programs in order to increaserevenue.

    Requirements

    • BachelorsDegree in any field
    • 5+ years of salesexperience
    • 1+ tears of a leadership role insales
    • Background in developing sales pitchesand processes from beginning to end
    • Willing totravel and attend seminars
    • Strong communicationand presentation skills
    • Good ability to trainpeople
