    Function:

    TheHVAC SalesEngineerwill conduct sales acquisition quote preparation projectcoordination (turnover) and account management activities in theassigned geographic and/or vertical market territory in support ofcompanygoals.

    DutiesandResponsibilities:

    UnderstandingCustomerNeeds:Identify customer requirements and challenges to propose suitableproducts orsolutions.

    TechnicalPresentations:Prepare and deliver technical presentations or demonstrations toshowcase product features andbenefits.

    SalesSupport:Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies andprovide technical support during the salesprocess.

    ProductKnowledge:Maintain deep knowledge of company products or services industrytrends and competitorofferings.

    ProposalDevelopment:Assist in creating proposals quotations and bids for potentialcustomers.

    QuotePreparation:Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive price quotes based oncustomer requirements and company pricingpolicies.

    CustomerRelationshipManagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers tounderstand their evolving needs and ensure customersatisfaction.

    Negotiation:Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements contracts andpricing to reach mutually beneficialagreements.

    PostSalesSupport:Provide technical support and assistance to customers after thesale including troubleshooting and resolvingissues.

    MarketAnalysis:Conduct market research and analysis to identify new businessopportunities and potentialcustomers.

    Training:Conduct training sessions for customers or internal teams onproduct usage features andupdates.

    Supportsales executives with solution selling into prospect accountbase

    Partnerwith sales executives to plan prepare and execute on strategicdeals in complex salescycles

    Manageall technical aspects of RFP / RFIresponses



    Requirements


    Provenwork experience as a SalesEngineer

    Proventrack record selling complex enterprisesolutions

    Abilityto forge strong longlasting relationships with seniorexecutives

    Abilityto creatively explain and present complex concepts in aneasytounderstandmanner

    Solidtechnical background with understanding and/or handson experiencein software development and webtechnologies

    Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills

    Excellentpresentation and creativityskills

    Willingnesstotravel



    Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer Proven track recordselling complex enterprise solutions Ability to forge strong,long-lasting relationships with senior executives Ability tocreatively explain and present complex concepts in aneasy-to-understand manner Solid technical background withunderstanding and/or hands-on experience in software developmentand web technologies Excellent written and verbal communicationskills Excellent presentation and creativity skills Willingness totravel
