    • The role requires good knowledge in end user applications such asRF terminals LapTops computers printers and others.
    • Software experiencefor Microsoft based applications.
    • Logistics specificoperations and services such as WMS TMS OMS
    • Establish and manage a24 h on site help desk.
    People
    • Determines roles& responsibilities of team within scope to achieve businessobjectives.
    • Responsible for mentoring coaching and performance review feedback;conducting disciplinary actions and interviewing new work forcecandidates.
    • Developtalent and encourage leadership growth amongst employees.
    • Drives delivery of thesite communication and engagement plans.
    • Drive the localEmployee Relations Strategy and the approach on works council/tradeunions/ employee forum.
    • Ensures team is awareof and comply with company government and customer policiesprocedures and regulations by engaging the right functions todeliver trainings as needed.
    • Enable an equal anddiverse working environment.

    CustomerRelations
    • Build strongrelationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work closely withintern and external customers on Tech related implementationprojects.
    • Translatecontractual obligations into operational tasks.
    • Work with relevantteams on new customer implementation HSE Security &Business Resilience
    • Beaware of and comply with applicable legislation customerrequirements the HSSE & BR policies.
    • Ongoing riskassessment for safe operations
    • Ensure all incidentsand near misses are reported and investigated and their root causeeliminated.
    • Maintainan Emergency Response Plan and provide the required equipment forsuch scenarios.
    • Communicate to and train employees in HSSE processes equipment andhow to carry out their role safely ensuring training records are inplace.
    • Ensure auditand review places are available for HSSE.
    Product
    • Coordinateslogistics activities with all other functions of the site andsuppliers to obtain optimal production and utilization ofresources.
    • Oversightof shipping/receiving picking/packing unloading sorting segregatingpalletizing load out ontime delivery.
    • Cost management.
    • Responsible for thecosts in the dry and ambient area.
    • Performance management(cost/utilization).
    • Embrace and own continuous improvement processes.
    • Establish monitor andreport relevant KPIs.
    Critical Competencies:
    • Deep experience in a fastpaced warehousing environment (10 years)
    • Demonstrated expertisein leading warehousing and distribution operations.
    • Experience in a 3PLenvironment supporting multiple customers or lines of businesshelpful.
    • Analyticalproblem solving and organizational skills.
    • Ability to own followthrough and solve operational issues.
    • Demonstratedexperience working with customers to improve business operationsand results.
    • A leaderof leaders who can build a strong team.
    • People and talentdevelopment experience
    • Collaboration and influencing skills.
    • Strong businesscommunication skills with regards to both verbal and written
    • Proficient English andArabic language skills
    • Financial acumen ability to read interpret and act on P&L
    • Selfdirected /entrepreneurial.
