    We are looking for a Talent AcquisitionAssociate to join our People department.

    TalentAcquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates throughvarious channels planning interview and selection procedures andhosting or participating in career events. To be successful in thisrole you should be able to develop longterm recruiting strategiesand nurture trusting relationships with potentialhires.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinatewith hiring managers to identify staffingneeds.
    • Determine selectioncriteria.
    • Source potential candidates throughonline channels (e.g. social platforms and professionalnetworks).
    • Plan interview and selectionprocedures including screening calls assessments and inpersoninterviews.
    • Assess candidate informationincluding resumes and contact details using our Applicant TrackingSystem.
    • Design job descriptions and interviewquestions that reflect each positionsrequirements.
    • Organize and attend job fairs andrecruitment events.
    • Foster longtermrelationships with past applicants and potentialcandidates.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management or relevantfield.
    • Minimum of 1 year of work experience asa Talent Acquisition or similar role in Retailcompany.
    • Familiarity with social media resumedatabases and professional networks.
    • Knowledgeof Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
    • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
