    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Assesscontractor performance to identify the need for amendments toexisting contracts.
    • Prepare and edit contractsbetween Hill and potential clients.
    • Handlebreach of contracts in a timely manner.
    • Serveas the main liaison with contractingrepresentatives.
    • Develop and implementeffective proposals.
    • Research regulations toguarantee contracts are updated and in compliance withlaws.
    • Coordinate with clients to guaranteeterms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contractterms and regulations.
    • Informs themselves ofthe relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational HealthPolicies Manuals and Procedures within Hill International andensures continued compliance with these requirements while employedby Hill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned bythe linemanager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • Bachelors Degree inBusiness Administration Quantity Surveying Law and EngineeringConstruction Management Supply Chain Management or equivalentdegrees from an accredited University.
    • Minimumof 13 years of experience in contract management in a job role thatincludes taking responsibility for contract management in hugeprojects and the ability to prepare manage and supervise all typesof contracts whether contracts for studies supervision procurementdesign implementation and operation for all stages of the projectwhether the contracts are in the government contract andprocurement system or in the contract system used universally.
    • Direct experience in managing pressuredistribution execution and business management Drafting andmanaging contracts collecting and receiving bid requests bidevaluation awarding contractor performance monitoring retrospectivecosting claims and dispute settlement Technical and administrativeknowledge of engineering/construction contracting practices sitesgovernment procurement practices commercial aspects policiesprocedures and work practices.
    • Provenexperience in pricing contract systems drafting and managingcontracts negotiating change orders effective correspondenceplanning and scheduling Comprehensive knowledge in managing andmanaging major contracts subcontracts site execution office fieldprocedures and documents related to construction projects ofvarious disciplines.
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
    • Good workexperience on a global scale (preferably work experience in theMiddle East SaudiArabia).
