    Suppose you have superior communication skills goaloriented behavior and eagerness to win. Well today is the day you cash in on these skills We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our growing Product team. As a software product manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and management of software products from inception to launch. You will work closely with development teams designers and stakeholders to ensure that the product is delivered on time within budget and meets the needs of the target market.

    Whom should you be to succeed in this opportunity Ideally you would be a big thinker who sees beyond whats available to you; more than resources and tools you will look for opportunities to rip apart the current status quo and develop a solid plan to make it happen. You will be a champion in bringing value to customers with your strategic thinking by knowing how your product stands against competitors and how to place it on the market. You would obtain superior communication skills and be able to break down technical information in a way that you can explain it to your mom or your customers who may not always be technical. As a product manager Its also important for you to be empathetic to the feelings of other people around you. This includes your team and your customers. It starts with the customers your stakeholders as you must be able to get their pain points why they have them and come up with a good solution on how to solve them.

    About Marn:

    Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez International Group recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) software integrated with payment services to provide a onestop solution for businesses in F&B Retail Entertainment and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues to accelerate the growth of its customer base.

    What Youll Do:

    • You will be a wizard in conducting market research and identify areas of opportunity for new software products.
    • You will be a champion in understanding Marns software the competition the buyers persona Marns value proposition and market dynamics.
    • Use the knowledge you have about Marn its customers and its market to develop a product vision strategy and roadmap.
    • Work closely with Marns crossfunctional teams to develop and launch software products ensuring all customer needs are met.
    • Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
    • Create and maintain product documentation including user guides and release notes.
    • Monitor product performance and make datadriven decisions to improve product features and user experience.
    • Work with development teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs throughout the product development processes.
    • Be a consultant of prospective clients via understanding their needs then close with them only if Marn can satisfy their needs 100%.

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field 3 years of experience in software product management.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies.
    • Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA and Trello Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies Experience working with crossfunctional teams.
