- Research and analyze benchmark compensation data to ensure competitive pay rates for employees.
- Design and implement salary structure, bonus program, and other compensation.
- Create a remuneration policy and review it annually.
- Assist in designing and administering employee benefit programs.
- Collaborate with HR Manager, finance, and senior management to develop and update compensation policies and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of different types of benefits and compensation programs.
- Experience in collecting quantitative data for analysis.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Excellent Level in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent Level in Other Microsoft Office products.
- SAP Proficiency is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related degree.
- Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
- A professional certificate such as CCP, CEBS, or PHR certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 year experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
