    ENTRY LEVEL INSIDESALES REPRESENTATIVE - PETROLEUM SERVICEINDUSTRY

    WildcoPESis seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and organized InsideSales Representative at our Manchester, NHlocation

    EssentialFunctions:

    Thisperson will be working in-house at NJ office and is responsible forsupporting new business and existing accounts. This role requiresthe person to accurately input orders, quotes, and ensure that dayto day customer needs aremet.

    Responsibilities:

    Promptlyrespond to customer inquiries delivering product and pricinginformation

    Maintaina working knowledge of all relevant customer issues, pricing andbilling procedures, and collectionsstatus

    Assistsoutside sales professionals by processing requested customerorders

    Workto understand customers business and determine customersrequirements and expectations to recommend specific products andsolutions and make value-added recommendations to increasesales

    Checkavailability on material in stock and when not in stock, locate andgive customer an ETA on when material will arrive onlocation

    Responsiblefor entire order process, including order creation to the deliveryof the correctproducts

    Maintainsaccurate and organizedrecords

    Ensurefreight charges are billed on tickets to customers when material isshipped on third party carriers. Collect packing list and receivedPO s fromwarehouse.

    Checkemail frequently for orders or incomingquotes

    Ensurequotes and orders are done in a timely manner, meeting deadlinesfrom sales team andcustomers

    Carefullyreview Vendor Purchase Orders to ensureaccuracy

    Collaborateswith Outside Sales and Driver/Warehouse Personnel to ensurecustomersatisfaction

    Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results asneeded

    Remainknowledgeable of company s products, market and industry trends,competitors, and leading customerstrategies

    OtherDuties asassigned



    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    1-3years of inside sale, inventory or catalogue order intakeexperience

    Experiencein petroleum industry is aplus

    MicrosoftOffice plus previous experience with an ERP system aplus

    Excellentcommunication skills (oral and written)

    Self-motivated

    Abilityto multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment.
