    SUMMARYOFROLE

    TheLead Tech provides our core services to our clients while providingan excellent customer service These services include but may not belimited to window cleaning, pressure washing, rain gutter cleaning,awning cleaning and solar panel

    ESSENTIALDUTIES

    • Completesassigned work orders while hitting key effective hourly rate
    • Maintainsa customer satisfaction rating at 4 or 5 at all times to achieve anincrease in customer satisfaction, profitability and repeat
    • Usesscheduling software to track jobtimes
    • Maybe required to train inexperienced

    Maintains cleanand safe work site by following safety rules and procedures andwearing personal protective equipment as

    • Attendsstaff meetings and training as
    • Performsother duties as
