- Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships
- Perform general operational tasks and basic accounting, invoicing, and bookkeeping
- Manage communication of information in and out of the office; type out correspondence letters,emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare monthly invoices, make scheduled payments and deposits, and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in preparation of reports, plans, and permit applications
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and hire technicians when required
- Monitor office supplies and order or re-stock as needed
- Ensure office is kept organized and well run at all times

- Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. (i.e., fast, proficient, and accurate)

- Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
- Detail-oriented
- Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc.)

- Associate s degree required (Bachelor s degree preferred)
- Experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar field is preferred
