    Our Client is a dynamic and fastgrowing FMCGcompany dedicated to delivering highquality products to consumersworldwide. With a focus on innovation sustainability and consumersatisfaction we are committed to maintaining our position as amarket leader in the industry.

    The Brand Managerwill be responsible for developing and implementing brandstrategies to drive growth increase brand awareness and enhanceconsumer loyalty for our FMCG products. This role offers anexciting opportunity to lead and shape the direction of our brandsin a competitivemarket.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Developand execute comprehensive brand strategies to meet companyobjectives and targets.
    2. Conduct market researchand analysis to identify consumer trends preferences andopportunities for brand expansion.
    3. Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including product development sales andmarketing to ensure alignment with brandobjectives.
    4. Lead the development of integratedmarketing campaigns and promotional activities to support brandinitiatives.
    5. Monitor and analyze brandperformance metrics including sales data market share and consumerfeedback to evaluate the effectiveness of brandstrategies.
    6. Manage brand budgets and resourceseffectively to optimize ROI and achieve financialtargets.
    7. Maintain brand integrity andconsistency across all marketing channels and communicationtouchpoints.
    8. Stay informed about industrytrends competitive activity and emerging market opportunities toinform brand strategies anddecisionmaking.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as an Assistant BrandManager in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience.
    • Strong knowledge of marketingprinciples brand management and marketresearch.
    • Proficiency in digital marketingincluding social media online advertising and contentcreation.
    • Excellent communication presentationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thinkcreatively strategically andanalytically.
    • Fluency in English (additionallanguages are aplus).
