    Job Description:

    TheIT Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing allaspects of an IT and digital transformation initiatives. This rolerequires a combination of technical expertise project managementskills and business acumen to successfully align IT strategies withthe organizations overall digital transformationgoals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement IT anddigital transformation strategies that align with the organizationsoverall objectives and vision.
    • Collaboratewith key stakeholders to define and prioritize IT/digitaltransformation initiatives ensuring they are aligned with businessneeds.
    • Manage and supervise a team of ITprofessionals providing guidance and support throughout the digitaltransformation journey.
    • Coordinate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication andcollaboration across departments.
    • Oversee theimplementation of IT/digital technologies such as cloud computingdata analytics artificial intelligence and automation to enhanceoperational efficiency and improve customer experience.
    • Develop and implement robust data governance andcybersecurity measures to ensure the security and integrity ofdigital assets.
    • Monitor and evaluate theprogress of IT/digital transformation projects identifying areas ofimprovement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Stay up to date with emerging trends indigital technology and propose innovative solutions that can drivethe organizations digital transformation agenda.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with externalvendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources inimplementing IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to seniormanagement regarding the status challenges and achievements ofIT/digital transformation projects.

    Requirements:

    • bachelors degree incomputer science information technology or a related field.Advanced degree or certifications in project management or digitaltransformation are strongly preferred.
    • Provenexperience in managing digital transformation initiatives in acomplex organizational environment.
    • Strongunderstanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing dataanalytics artificial intelligence and automation and theirpractical application in driving businesstransformation.
    • Strong project managementskills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines andcoordinate crossfunctional teams.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
    • Solid understanding of datagovernance cybersecurity and regulatory compliancerequirements.
