    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in managing HR department operations and providing support to management and staff in handling complex issues and delicate situations, such as accommodation requests, investigations, and terminations.
    2. Support the recruitment process from initial assessments to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
    3. Collaborate with department heads and project managers to forecast hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage employment visa processes and costs effectively.
    4. Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, leave management, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in compliance with relevant labor laws.
    5. Support learning and development initiatives by identifying staff training needs, coordinating training sessions, and facilitating the performance appraisal process.
    6. Assist in devising and implementing strategies for employee engagement, including organizing staff events and activities.
    7. Prepare and update HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    8. Contribute to the implementation of innovative HR practices and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
    9. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support HR operations and organizational goals.

    Requirements and Skills:

    1. Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
    2. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and results orientation.
    3. Familiarity with HR processes, UAE labor laws, and visa procedures for diverse staff categories.
    4. Proficiency in HR systems and databases for data management and reporting purposes.
    5. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    6. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    7. Sound knowledge of HR best practices and principles.
    8. Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
    9. Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
