    The Associate Product Manager for Radiometer's Blood Gas division is tasked with developing strategies, tools, and tactics to stimulate growth, profitability, and predictability in the Blood Gas Point of Care Testing market.

    This role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a hybrid work environment. At Radiometer, our vision is to enhance worldwide healthcare by providing reliable, rapid, and straightforward patient diagnoses.

    What you will do in this role:

    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service & Marketing teams to implement strategic programs for boosting brand awareness, expanding market reach, and achieving revenue goals through market intelligence and research.
    • Analyze crucial metrics for success, such as sales forecasting, market surveys, trend evaluations, and customer feedback interactions.
    • Execute comprehensive strategies involving advertising, promotions, and collaborate with the Global Marketing Team on designing visuals & materials.
    • Equip the sales team with the necessary resources and training to effectively represent Radiometer.
    • Attain targets for blood gas system installations and consumables revenue growth by initiating new sales approaches.
    • Lead product management and digital marketing projects.

    Key requirements for this position:

    • Hold a degree in Medicine, Respiratory Therapy, health science, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Point of Care testing, In Vitro Diagnostics products, preferably in Blood Gas or Respiratory domain.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of laboratory and Point of Care testing practices.
    • Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in launching products and managing product life cycles.
    • Travel requirement: Up to 25/30%.
