    JobDescription

    The Credit Control Executive playsa crucial role in managing the financial health of the organizationby ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debtsand minimizing credit risk. This role is responsible for monitoringand controlling the companys credit policies and proceduresassessing the creditworthiness of customers and developingstrategies to mitigate creditrelated issues.

    Duties& Responsibilities

    • InvoiceCreation: Timely creation of invoices ensuring compliance withEInvoice Regulations and matching CustomerPO.
    • Invoice Submissions: Scan all invoices.Submit invoices to customers immediately either by email on portalor courier and update the status in SAP and file inarchive.
    • Daily Cash Collection Update : Reviewdaily collections in the bank and provide details of collections toGL accountant to apply these against customers invoices. LDs ordeductions should be investigated and seek appropriate approvals toclear these deductions from customeraccounts.
    • Debtors Reporting: Generate regularAccount Receivable reports and analysis on the status ofoutstanding debts aging accounts and credit risk exposure formanagement review. Analyze overdue by reason code and proposeconcrete action plans.
    • Customer Relations:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers whilediplomatically addressing payment issues. Collaborate with salesand customer service teams to resolve customer concerns andfacilitate smoother payment processes.
    • VATOuput Workings : Create VAT Output Analysis to support Monthly VATReturn submission
    • Risk Mitigation: Identifypotential credit risks and propose appropriate measures to minimizefinancial losses.
    • Process Improvement:Continuously assess and enhance credit control processes forincreased efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely withDivisional and Group Resources to develop automated solutions orreportingplatforms.

    TheIndividual

    • Bachelors degree in financeaccounting or a related field ispreferred.
    • Proven experience (>2 years)in credit control or a related financialrole.
    • Strong understanding of credit principlesfinancial analysis and riskassessment.
    • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in usingfinancial software and accountingsystems.
    • Attention to detail and ability towork in a deadlinedrivenenvironment.
    • Problemsolving skills and abilityto make datadriven decisions.
    • Manage thedaytoday invoice processing submission on customer portalscoordinate with sales and service team to ensure customeracceptance for processing.
    • Support FinancialController in credit management process to drive debt collectionand manage credit risk for theentity.
