- Define theRegion strategy and its contribution to the SBP process whilesupporting Corp/GBUs/BLs in the definition and the coordinatedexecution of their incountrystrategies.
- Provide BLs with insights on localmarket dynamics opportunities & competitive environmentneeds and expectations to grow the pipeline. Enrich and guide BLsmarket participation strategy product policyprioritization/adjustments and marketingplans.
- Contribute to the Group M&Astrategy execution through target identification participation inthe development of acquisition rationale and integration of thetarget into Thales.
- Develop the strategicnarrative that demonstrates the economic and social value of Thalesto the local economy to maximize opportunities for local investmentfunding.
- Assess the opportunity for greaterpullthrough of Group products to the country of destination incoordination with the BLs.
- Identify transversalmultiGBU customer or market segment requirements to underpin theneed for new segmentbased offers.
- Support andanimate the region SAMs/KAMs population in the definition andactivation of their accountfocused engagement plans.Develop/personalize accountspecific integrated value propositionsand value selling content. Leverage relevant segment marketingcontent & campaign assets.
- Localizedevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns activatedthrough the Communications team channel strategy in support of thelocal reputation of the company and region demand generationefforts. Leverage Digital Marketing capabilities to optimize localcustomer engagement. Track campaignKPIs.
- Develop and execute the local SalesEnablement efforts.
- Support complex captureteams that are tuned to local customer selection criteria with thesupport of value & bid marketing (value props Price to Winblack hats) and support achievement of GMOItargets.
