Job Description
. Provide Technical support for users
· Manage and support the installation ofdesktop computers and accessories.
· Assisting infrastructure engineerswith technical support for networks and infrastructure.
· Support in preparing audio and visualsystems for meeting rooms.
· Support in preparing and installingnetworks, infrastructure, desktop computers and accessories.
· Support in preparing printers andtelephone communications devices.
Answer IT Service Desk calls and emails, providingsolutions and/or escalating requests and problems to designated second levelresponders.
· Complete tickets for ITService Desk inquiries and follow-ups to ensure tickets are updated andacknowledged to the point of verifying completion and closing them out.
· Limiting the management of IT assets
Requirements
· Practicalexperience in the field of information technology for a period of not less than3 years.
· Degrees in thefield of computer science, network engineering, IT infrastructure, and technicalsupport.
· Experience indealing with assets and devices.
· ITIL Expert(Must).
· MCSA Certified(Must).
