Call CenterOperator:We Elevate .....YourResponsibilities:

Receiveand dispatch customer calls using the Company system and followingdefined Call Center processes.
Maintain anddisplay a professional decorum in all dealings with customers andExisting Installations Technicians.
Follow thedefined escalation process ensuring that all calls or customercomplaints are handled effectively.
Review andrespond to all special condition indications regarding a customer acontract or an equipment.
Handle all calls fromTelealarm and Telemonitoring devices where installed ensuring theappropriate service delivery according to the contractconditions.
Participate in all training andprocess improvements initiatives of the Call Center asrequired
Conduct customer satisfaction surveysand deliver accurate customer feedback
Reporting received call back trappedpassenger incident and frequent break down (sick unit) to serviceleaders and branch manager.
Any other relatedresponsibilities and duties requested by lineManager
