    JOB DESCRIPTION




    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1 Finalizes the accurate data of the monthly accounts closing and provide reporting to the CFO.
    2 Responsible for the Finance Observes and follow the work of administrative people like duty manager.
    3 Establishes and coordinates an adequate plan for controlling the hospital's financial business and client contracts.
    4 Evaluates legal contractual and commercial aspects to detect potential contractual or financial risks.
    5 Controls fixed assets of the Hospital and assets coding.
    6 Controls the Hospital's inventory and supplies.
    7 Sanctions the payment's condition of the Hospital purchases.
    8 Verifies the payment of Hospital staff.

    9 Supervisory of all staff of accounting institution such as billing credit client and either inpatient or out patient.

    10 Follows up daily cash sale of the hospital including inpatient and outpatient and external sale of main pharmacy.

    11 Follows up hospital medical supply from the vendors with their finance Department in case if their supply delays
    12 Follows up the daily incoming cash sale or account receivables.
    13 Recommends space, equipment and supplies for the existing unit and new programs within the hospital scope.
    14 Recommends the necessary staffing for their area.
    15 Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge and skills activities.
    16 Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for patients and families.
    17 Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.




    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.




    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum of 15 years supervisory experience in Accounting Service administration.




    SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

    1 Fluency in English and Arabic Language.
    2 Computer skills.
