    The role holder is responsible for developing and executing the airline's brand strategy.

    This includes tasks such as defining the airline's brand identity and positioning, creating and managing the airline's brand assets, developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote the airline's brand, and measuring the effectiveness of the airline's branding efforts.

    Key Responsibilities


    • The development & implementation of F3 branding strategy across all digital & physical touchpoint and development of brand related research and track brand KPI.
    • The adaptation of flyadeal brand strategy with internal key stakeholder.
    • Periodic reporting to top management.
    • Prepare ongoing analyses of brand and reporting for the brand.
    • Analyse and derive insights from sales trends, competitive performance, and industry trends to recommend strategic choices and actions to drive the business.
    • Maintain regular tracking of business results & generate monthly report to be shared with Senior Leadership Team detailing brand performance.
    • Budget management to reconcile all spend on a monthly basis.
    • Monitor excess & obsolete inventory and provide strategic recommendations on how to reduce / manage.
    • Planning and launch execution and collaborating with brand marketing peers and crossfunctional partners to deliver brand initiatives that win in the market.
    • Contribute to new initiative sizing for innovation Profit & Loss.
    • Evaluate the detailed level of performance biannually to recommend items for discontinuation.
    • Developing paid & earned media briefs.
    • Share timelines with our partners & track availability to ensure assets are received ahead of key deadlines, collate & share with the media agency.
    • Review & provide comprehensive feedback to manager on local media asset throughout process of media plan execution.
    • Participate in preparation for all materials needed content, digital, PR or trade events.
    • Create & present national display briefs, during weekly creative statuses.
    • Participate in development of packaging for commercial activities, labels & create codes accordingly.
    • Preparing for sales materials, including internal webinar presentations to Sales teams and retailer line reviews presentation materials.
    • Review artwork mechanicals for approval.

    Desired Candidate Profile




    Profile:

    • 5 years Experience with design & brand management.
    • Agency management and internal stakeholder engagement.
    • Understanding various types of branding (Identity, Sonic, Employee etc)
    • Understanding of branding measurement and insights as well as overall digital analytic
