    JobSummary:

    The SME CreditCard Product Manager will be responsible for managing and scalingour SME credit card programs developing and implementing strategiesto grow the portfolio and ensuring the profitability andsustainability of thebusiness.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • ProductManagement:
      • Developand implement product strategies and initiatives to meet the needsof SME clients.
      • Design innovative credit cardproducts and features tailored to the SMEsegment.
      • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding marketing sales and operations to launch and promote newproducts.
    • PortfolioManagement:

    Monitor and analyze theperformance of the SME credit card portfolio includingprofitability utilization and customersatisfaction.

    Identify trends opportunities andrisks within the portfolio and develop strategies to addressthem.

    Optimize pricing fees and rewards tomaximize revenue and customer retention.

    Scalingthe Business:

    Develop and execute growthstrategies to expand the SME credit cardbusiness.

    Identify and pursue new marketopportunities and partnerships to increase marketshare.

    Implement marketing and promotionalcampaigns to attract new SME clients and increase cardusage.

    • RiskManagement:
      • Monitorand manage credit risk fraud risk and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
      • Develop and implement riskmitigation strategies and controls to protect the business andcustomers.
    • StakeholderManagement:

    Build and maintainrelationships with internal and external stakeholders including SMEclients partners and regulatory authorities.

    Collaborate with sales teams to train and support them in promotingand selling SME credit cardproducts.

    Experience andQualifications:

    Bachelors degreein business Finance or related field; MBA or relevant professionalqualification is a plus.

    Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in credit card product management preferably in the SMEsegment.

    Proven track record of managing andscaling SME credit card programs.

    Strongunderstanding of the SME market financial products and regulatoryenvironment in the Middle East.

    Excellentanalytical strategic planning and problemsolvingskills.

    Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

    Excellent communicationpresentation and interpersonalskills.
