    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Technical Leadership:
    1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to projectteams involved in water and wastewater infrastructureprojects.
    2. Collaborate with engineers designersand other technical specialists to develop innovative solutions andaddress project challenges.
    3. Ensure adherenceto engineering standards specifications and best practicesthroughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge Management:
    1. Develop and implement knowledge management strategies tocapture organize and disseminate technical expertise lessonslearned and best practices.
    2. Establishrepositories databases and platforms for storing technicaldocumentation design guidelines and projectdeliverables.
    3. Facilitate knowledgesharingsessions workshops and training programs to transfer technicalknowledge and skills to project team members.
  • Capacity Building:
    1. Identify competency gaps and training needs within theproject team and develop tailored learning and development plans toenhance technical capabilities.
    2. Mentor juniorengineers and guide technical aspects of project executionincluding design construction and commissioningactivities.
    3. Facilitate crosstraininginitiatives to promote interdisciplinary collaboration andknowledge exchange among team members.
  • Quality Assurance:
    1. Implement quality assurance processes and reviewmechanisms to ensure the accuracy completeness and consistency oftechnical deliverables.
    2. Conduct technicalreviews audits and assessments to validate compliance with projectrequirements specifications and industry standards.
  • Technical Governance:
    1. Establish technical governance frameworks standards andguidelines to govern the execution of water and wastewaterprojects.
    2. Monitor project performance metricskey performance indicators (KPIs) and technical benchmarks to trackprogress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders includingclients regulatory agencies and technical partners to addresstechnical issues resolve conflicts and fostercollaboration.
    2. Communicate technical conceptsproject updates and technical risks to nontechnical stakeholdersclearly and concisely.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience.
    • Bachelors Degree in IT or Engineering.
    • Expertise in Project management informationsystems.
    • Strong Knowledge of Technical relatedto infrastructure and DBs network backgroup.
    • Experienced in change management and technologyenablement.
    • Familiarity with Oracle productsfor Capital Projects Procurement andFinance.
