    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning:
    1. Develop and implement business enablement strategiesroadmaps and plans aligned with project objectives organizationalgoals and industry best practices.
    2. Collaboratewith project stakeholders to identify business challengesopportunities and requirements for improvement.
  • Process Optimization:
    1. Assess existing business processes workflows andprocedures related to water and wastewater projects to identifyinefficiencies gaps and areas for improvement.
    2. Lead process optimization initiatives to streamlineworkflows standardize procedures and enhance operationalefficiency.
  • TechnologyEnablement:
    1. Evaluate select andimplement technology solutions tools and platforms to supportproject management collaboration and data analytics for water andwastewater projects.
    2. Drive the adoption andintegration of digital technologies such as project managementinformation systems (PMIS) geographic information systems (GIS) andenterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Change Management:
    1. Develop and execute change management plans to facilitatethe adoption of new processes systems and technologies amongproject teams and stakeholders.
    2. Engage withbusiness users provide training and support and address resistanceto change to ensure successful implementation andadoption.
  • PerformanceMeasurement:
    1. Define key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness andimpact of business enablement initiatives on project outcomesresource utilization and stakeholder satisfaction.
    2. Monitor analyze and report on performance data toidentify trends insights and areas for continuousimprovement.
  • RiskManagement:
    1. Identify riskschallenges and dependencies related to business enablementactivities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptionand ensure project success.
    2. Proactivelyaddress issues escalate concerns and implement corrective actionsas needed to mitigate risks and maintain projectmomentum.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience.
    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
    • Experienced Project management best practices and PMISsystems.
    • Knowledgeable/Experienced in projectlife cycle and organization including project management standardoperation process (SOP)(PMM).
    • Experienced inchange management and business enablement.
    • Technical backgroup is an added point.
    • Familiarity with Oracle products for Capital ProjectsProcurement andFinance.
