    Opportunity forfull-time Office Coordinator for a thriving Cleaning business basedinNoosaville.

    Establishedsince 2004, our client has been keeping businesses productive,homes happy and helping people live independently in Noosa. Attention to detail, quality service,being reliable, and ensuring clients are always 100% happy with thecleaning jobs is importantqualities.

    The servicesinclude: bond cleaning, domestic cleaning, office cleaning, holidayhome cleaning, linen services, ironing, residential and commercialbond cleaning, weekly spring cleaning and windowcleaning.

    The OfficeCoordinator will support the daily management and coordination oftheir cleaning staff to client properties on the SunshineCoast. This is a hands-on role that wouldsuit someone who is able to problem-solvequickly.

    The idealcandidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptionalcustomer service focus, ability to multi-task, be reliable andadaptable.

    The idealcandidate will be available to work full-time in the office inNoosaville,Qld.

    Dailymanagement of office administrative tasks will include thefollowing:

    • SendingSMS reminders toclients
    • Openingdeliveries and checking invoices
    • Emailingapproved invoices (using Xero accountingsoftware)
    • Officeadministration tasks such as client calls, preparing and typingdocuments, booking appointments, managingcalendars
    • Generaloffice duties including office supplies, purchases andincidentals
    • Checkingoff tasks that have beencompleted
    • Dataentry intoprograms
    • Clientservice for currentsuppliers
    • Assistingnew recruits with induction. Obtain paperwork and submit torelevantdepartment
    • Assistnew team members with using systems, such as logins, passwords,training on the App used for cleaningservices
    • Maintainsupplier relationships and ensure safe use of chemicals andlinens
    • Otherreasonable administrative tasks set by thecompany

    • Experiencewith Xero software(preferred)
    • Backgroundinadministration
    • Strongcustomer serviceskills
