    About thisopportunity:
    We are now looking for a key member to joinour Managed Services team As a member of our MS CustomerLeadership Team responsible for Service outcomes &ownership you will report to MSCOO and be accountable for thefinancial operational and delivery performance of the operationsassurance and broadcast operations assignments within a managedservices deal. In this role you will play a valuable role to handlethe applicable Working Level Agreements (WLA) and Operating LevelAgreements (OLA) with delivery organizations managing the deliveryof operations ensuring that operations delivery is fulfilling thecontracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) and serving as the primaryescalation point for critical incident Broadcast DeliveryOperations escalations and performance reporting towards thecustomer.

    What you will do:
    Manageendtoend delivery of operations for specific customer includingdelivery performance based on SLA providing performance reportingon customer networks and IS/IT. Act as the key liaison betweencustomers and the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) ensuringoptimal service performance and lifecycle.
    Take the leadfor the Program accomplishment strategy and possible risk exposureincluding Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS)and Security issues associated with the engagement.
    Act asPreSales Customer Fulfilment Responsible (CFR) for MScontracts.
    Contribute to the planning and design of newServices or updates to existing ones utilizing your expertise inMachine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Data AnalyticsAutomation.
    Manage and govern service operations bothinternally and with the customer focusing on Service Performance inthe contract Program and Demand Management.
    Drive businesspractices ensuring compliance to; group legal and financialdirectives global and local (EOHS) information and product securityand privacy using relevant processes andtools.
    Continually drive for efficiency improvementsenhancement in customer experience and excellence in ServiceDelivery.
    Analyse customer requirements engaging indiscussions with customers and other internal areas to ensurecontract fulfilment and Ericsson strategyalignment.
    Support the MSCLT MSCOO and Account teams incontract renegotiation or presales for specific customers promotingcontract growth and strategic planning for contractretention.
    Lead the application of business scenariosusing automation to enhance existing andnew services applying theprinciples of Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and DataAnalytics.

    The skills youbring:
    Education: B.SC M.SC MBA or equivalent throughexperience.
    Min years of experience: 8years
    Domain experience: Field operation AutomationPassive infrastructure centralized operationcentre.
    Knowledge of the sales process and have Customerand market insight.
