    The Role: Home Manager - Leeds

    Are you a Home Manager looking for your next exciting challenge in the sector? Do you excel in managing large residential care homes?

    If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well-established, high end care provider as Home Manager, to lead and maintain the homes current overall good CQC rating and strive for continuous improvement.

    The role:

    • Home Manager position at an 80+ bed home that provides residential care.
    • As Home Manager, you will lead the team to address any issues and empower them to turn things around.
    • You will lead the staff team in a confident manner, to ensure that tasks are effectively delegated and completed to a high standard, making sure that person-centered care is maintained at all times.
    About you:
    • You will be a strong leader who has gained experience working in a management capacity for a similar size home that provides residential care.
    • You will have a good track record of achieving good outcomes with CQC.
    • With a passion for providing the highest quality of care and support, you will have the ability to inspire and inspire others to ensure that the residents remain at the heart of everything.
    • Most importantly, you will have a real passion for care and ensuring the highest standards across the board
    In return for all of this you will work for a brilliant company, receiving a competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus bonus.
