- Design, build, and maintain data analytics systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data analytics solutions
- Write code to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data analytics systems
- Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards and reports
- Work with data scientists and predictive modeling engineers to support advanced analytics projects
- Write technical documents to explain data analytics systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and data engineering
- Troubleshoot and resolve data analytics system issues
- Collaborate with data security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and data engineering
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and R
- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
