    General contracting manager .

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for the Contracting Manager.

    The Contracting Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    The Contracting Manager will collaborate with other departments to identify and manage contract risks, and to develop strategies for contract management and optimization.

    The candidate must have comprehensive experience in:

    • Sales management
    • Project management
    • Team management
    • Company management and resources

    The candidate must have experience in establishing the company's system, operating, and developing the company.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
    • At least 7 years of experience in construction management.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Experience in contract management, vendor management, and procurement
    • Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Experience with contract management software and tools
    • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
