    In this role you will be responsible formanaging the Marketing activities to ensure and deliver on theDepartments mandate and identify improvement opportunities thatwill contribute to the delivery of short and midterm strategicobjectives within set KPIs agreed budgets and adopted policies andprocedures.

    You will be responsiblefor:

    • Contributing to the design andimplementation of the Sectors strategy and roadmap by providingfunctionspecific inputs
    • Establishing andimplementing the Departments operational plans in support of theSectors overall strategic plan andKPIs
    • Preparing the Consumer MarketingDepartments annual budget and participating in the Divisionsbudgeting cycle and process
    • Utilizing andmanaging the Consumer Marketing Departments budget effectively andreporting accurately on progress made and challengesencountered
    • Investigating and proposingimplementing strategies that result in positive financial impactfor STA and mitigate financial and operationalrisks
    • Implementing the yearly holistic consumermarketing plan articulating the key seasonal focuses and prioritiesas a balancing act between Brand inspiration and commercial needsin alignment with Marketing CoE guidelines andstrategies
    • Developing a stakeholdercommunication plan that prioritizes loyalty conversions anddelivery
    • Driving the achievement of customeractivation and brand KPIs such as share of voice loyalty marketpenetration net sales traffic and conversion against preapprovedKPIs
    • Ensuring effective investments in contentproduction and other costs and driving a customer and businessdatadriven approach to assign investments to crossfunctionalinitiatives
    • Developing solutions with therelevant business partners on all aspects of STA consumer marketingexecutions and strategic objectives
    • Developingbrand activation plans that clearly state brief requirements ROIcalculation and reporting
    • Proposingimprovements to the Consumer Marketing Departments policies andensuring the implementation of procedures and controls across allareas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislativerequirements are fulfilled while delivering highquality andcosteffective results
    • Monitoring daytodayactivities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies andprocedures
    • Stimulating subordinates andcontributing to the identification of opportunities for continuousimprovement of systems and processes taking into account leadingpractices changes in the business environment cost reduction andproductivity improvement
    • Managing guiding andassisting direct reports to perform their functional operations inaccordance with set policies andprocedures
    • Participating in identifying andrecruiting key talent for the Consumer MarketingDepartment
    • Promoting a highperformance workingenvironment embracing STAs values
    • Building andmaintaining solid relations with external stakeholders such asgovernmental entities and consultants to serve STAs bestinterest
    • Assisting the organization andsupporting peers when needed to perform theirduties
    • Approving reports and presentationsrelated to Consumer Marketing Department activities andachievements for reporting anddecisionmaking
    • Performing other activities asand when required

    You willneed:

    • A bachelors degree in marketingor equivalent is preferred
    • A masters degree inmarketing or equivalent is preferred
    • At least 8years of experience in marketing or another relevantfield
