    Mozn is a rapidly growing and leading data science & product development firm based in Riyadh with a proven track record of excellence in supporting and growing the analytics ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. We are in a critical stage of scaling the company to build institutional analytics knowledge within Mozn and Saudi Arabia.     We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will identify projects that drive awareness and activation for Mozn's core product portfolio and run them to completion. The ideal candidate has experience in strategically planning and executing on initiatives that support the Product team through the full product launch lifecycle, Marketing through the end-to-end funnel and Sales through the deal cycle.

    The successful SPMM candidate will be able to switch focus between these functions, understanding their challenges and requirements, leveraging strong PMM skillset and product knowledge to enable their stakeholders and provide value to key collaborators.

    As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your daily workload might include:

    • Develop product messaging and positioning.
    • Communicate Mozn's value through compelling storytelling.
    • Strategically plan and lead product launches, driving both GTM strategy and execution.
    • Study the competitive landscape and conduct customer research to help inform and update Mozn's in-market narrative.
    • Own strategy and creation across all content types (such as web, pitch decks, demo scripts, customer stories, videos, product/sales collateral, thought leadership and datasheets.)
    • Create initiatives to drive awareness of new products and features.
    • Embrace ambiguity and change.
    • Enable and equip the sales and marketing teams with the needed Product resources to help them efficiently generate leads and close opportunities.
    • Rapidly become the expert in the market and market needs, with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of the company's products and services.
    • Lean into natural networking abilities to liaise with stakeholders, marketing, sales, customer success and product teams.
    • Take a leading role in launching new products and territories including identifying TAM and associated analysis.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to develop market segmentation.
    • Engage user base and relevant data to ensure feedback is accounted for in product updates and roadmap.
    • Performing competitor analysis to inform strategic roadmap, campaigns and sales approach.
    • Incorporating emerging trends and technological advancements into strategic outlook, messaging and positioning.

    • 5+ years of experience in a B2B product marketing role
    • Familiarity with SaaS ideally in fintech software, AI or Risk and Compliance space
    • Experience leading GTM end-to-end for new products
    • Excellent communication (english essential, Arabic a strong plus) and project management skills
    • Strong bias towards action
    • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
