Job Context: Financial Analyst plays the main role in linking our information technology capacity and our business and financial objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis by reviewing historical data, current trends, and future projections to provide insights and recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare and distribute financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
Interpret financial data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
Analyze cost structures, cost drivers, and cost-saving opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Assess financial risks, market trends, and economic factors that may impact the organization and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis, and make recommendations on capital allocation.
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst.
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
