    One of the leadinghealthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia Eastern Province is lookingfor Nurses or Staff Nurse WardDepartment.

    In this roleyou will be responsible for:

    Patient Care:Monitoring patient conditions administering medications providingwound care and ensuring patient comfort andsafety.

    Assessment:Conducting regular patient assessments including vital signsmonitoring pain assessments and evaluating treatmenteffectiveness.

    Documentation:Maintaining accurate patient records documenting assessmentsinterventions andoutcomes.

    Communication:Collaborating with physicians nurses and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Communicatingwith patients and their families to provide updates and addressconcerns.

    Education:Providing patient and family education regarding medicationstreatments and selfcaretechniques.

    Coordination:Coordinating patient admissions transfers and discharges. Ensuringseamless transitions of care between different healthcaresettings.

    EmergencyResponse: Responding to medical emergencies initiating appropriateinterventions and stabilizing patients asneeded.

    InfectionControl: Implementing infection control protocols to prevent thespread of infections within theward.

    QualityImprovement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives toenhance patient outcomes and optimize healthcare deliveryprocesses.

    TeamCollaboration: Working closely with interdisciplinary healthcareteams to develop and implement individualized care plans forpatients.



    Requirements

    Tobe considered for this opportunity you need to meet the followingcriteria:

    ABachelors Degree in Nursing isrequired.

    Candidates mustpossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ClinicalNursing.

    3years experience in Medical and Surgical Ward.

    Must be eligibleto take the SCFHSexam.

    Preferably withvalid SCFHS Nursing Specialist/Technicianlicense/certificate.

    Currentlicensure as a professional registerednurse.

    Proficient inEnglish

    Work Location:SaudiArabia
